Michael Tactay, an associate in KMA's San Diego office, recently obtained a Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investments, and Development from the University of San Diego Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate.  Michael started this Certificate Program in order to expand his knowledge of the real estate development industry, from financing and development to entitlement and legal aspects.  Notable courses include Real Estate Finance, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Regulations, and Property Management.
