Jessica Franklin is the primary administrative personnel at Keyser Marston Associates’ Berkeley office. She manages the digital and physical production of work product, including client reports, presentations, and proposals.

In her fifteen years at KMA, Jessica has overseen deliverables for nearly every major municipality in northern California, as well as cities, ports and military bases throughout the west, counties and special districts, and public and private colleges and universities.

Jessica received a BA from the University of California at Davis, with a double major in Pscyhology and Communications.
