Elliot joined KMA’s San Diego office in January 2022 as a Real Estate Intern and was promoted to a full-time Analyst in July 2022.

Key Role

Elliot’s primary role is to provide analytical support to the San Diego office, which includes conducting market research and creating and analyzing pro forma financial statements.  He has assisted with development projects and policy initiatives in the cities of Chula Vista, Del Mar, National City, Oceanside, San Diego, and Vista, among others.

Professional Credentials

Elliot earned an Associates of Arts degree in Economics from San Diego Mesa College and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from San Diego State University in 2021.  He participates in professional events and training sessions sponsored by the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Citizens Coordinate for Century 3 (C-3), and the San Diego North Economic Development Council.
