Deanna Williamson

Deanna Williamson is an Analyst in the Los Angeles office of Keyser Marston Associates, Inc. (KMA). She joined KMA in 2021 with a 15+ year background as a contracts and real estate paralegal. Prior to joining KMA, she worked for many years as a real estate acquisition and construction defect paralegal. She also has experience in property management and loan processing.

Affordable Housing Strategies

Deanna has assisted in the analysis of numerous affordable housing projects and studies in Los Angeles and Orange County. Past projects have included the physical and financial assessment of permanent supportive housing developments in the City of Los Angeles, affordable housing monitoring and compliance reviews, and assisting in the analysis of financial proformas.

Market Studies

Deanna has participated in preparing market demand analyses, economic studies, and demographic profiles for public sector clients around the Southern California region, including the cities of Long Beach, Irvine, Anaheim, Los Angeles, and San Bernardino Counties.

Professional Credentials

Deanna holds a Master of Public Administration degree and is in the process of completing her Real Estate Development certificate from the University of Southern California. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Affairs and Non-Profit Organizational Management from Cleveland State University as well as an Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies.

She is currently a member of the California Association for Economic Development (CALED) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI)
