At the ULI Fall Meeting in Dallas, eleven projects were designated with the prestigious 2016 Global Award for Excellence, including Celadon at 9th & Broadway.  This high-rise affordable rental apartment project in Downtown San Diego offers 250 units of affordable housing, and is located three blocks from a trolley stop.  Keyser Marston advised Civic San Diego on the project's feasibility and amount of warranted public assistance.  Developer is Bridge Housing.  Please click here to read more.
