KMA's San Diego office is pleased to announce that Michael Tactay has agreed to join the KMA ranks as an Analyst effective June 1, 2015.  Michael has worked with us as an intern since last December on a broad range of projects, with an emphasis on market assessments, revitalization strategies, and fiscal and economic impact studies.
