The Registry recently featured an article discussing the exciting changes underway in Downtown Fremont, specifically the mixed-use project on Capitol Avenue approved last fall by the City Council.   Fremont On the Rise As It Works to Create More Urban Downtown, provides an excellent overview of the project to be developed by TMG and Regis Bay Area Homes, which city officials envision will help provide Fremont with a more desirable urban downtown core.  Keyser Marston’s role was to assess market conditions, analyze development economics of the project, negotiate key business terms of the agreement with the private developers, and assist in shepherding the project though the city approval process.
