On April 27th, KMA's David Doezema traveled to Boulder, CO to participate in the city-sponsored forum Fresh Perspectives on Housing Boulder, which featured out-of-state guest panelists sharing their perspectives on how Boulder could meet its housing affordability challenges.  David joined three other housing industry experts in sharing insghts, examples of best practices and observations about Boulder's housing challenges.  The panelists engaged in a lively discussion with focus on:

• economics of development, including the impacts of job growth on housing demand;
• relationship between housing supply and housing costs;
• psychological effects of change in a community; and
• strategies to ensure that development benefits the community
