In support of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), KMA provides asset evaluation and disposition services. MTA is seeking to facilitate development adjacent to their station sites utilizing surplus station property and adjacent MTA properties in conjunction with privately owned property. In support of this objective, KMA evaluated the development potential of six station sites in Hollywood and along the Wilshire Corridor to determine appropriate uses and when development might be feasible. With this goal in mind, KMA prepared highest and best use analyses for these sites that take into account the surrounding land uses, existing entitlements, public concerns and desires as expressed through the council office in addition to market realities.

Review and evaluation of developer qualifications
Evaluation of proposed land uses
Negotiation of ground lease or sale disposition terms
