Transit-Oriented Development Opportunity in Placentia (North Orange County)

Keyser Marston is pleased to announce the issuance of an RFP for a 1.62-acre transit-oriented development site in Placentia, CA.   The primary objective for development of this city-owned site is the creation of a state-of-the-art, mixed-use project that generates revenues for the City while serving as a premier destination within the TOD Packing House District.  Keyser Marston, led by Julie Romey in our L.A. office,  is assisting the City in evaluation of responses and selection of a development team, along with subsequent negotiations of a DDA and long-term ground lease.
