This $400 +million mixed-use hotel and retail entertainment center is the lynch pin of revitalization in Hollywood. Developed on a combination of private and public leaseholds, air rights and fee simple land, the project includes parking revenue bond financing for a $60 million parking garage and COP financing for the Kodak Theater, home to the Academy Awards. Keyser Marston acted as the principal real estate advisor to both the LACRA and the MTA.
